In my practice, I combine the grounded science of psychology with the deep, intuitive work of life coaching and spiritual counseling. I believe that the way we think—consciously and unconsciously—creates the lens through which we experience everything: our relationships, our work, our self-worth, even our sense of purpose.
Many of the patterns that run our lives were formed early, often in childhood, and got buried deep. Over time, they shape our reality without us even realizing it. We may find ourselves stuck in the same cycles—choosing the same kinds of relationships, hitting the same walls in our career, repeating the same self-doubt on loop. And we wonder, Why does this keep happening?
That’s where I come in.
Through a blend of cognitive behavioral insight and intuitive, purpose-driven exploration, I help you uncover the invisible threads that have been pulling the strings behind the scenes. We don’t just talk about what’s not working—we trace it back to the root. And from there, we begin to shift the foundation.

Approach and Techniques
My work is rooted in the belief that real, lasting change comes from addressing the why behind our patterns—not just the surface symptoms. I combine my background in psychology with years of experience as a life coach and spiritual counselor to guide patients through a process of deep self-discovery and transformation.
While my style is uniquely my own, it is grounded in several well-established and evidence-based approaches within behavioral psychology. These approaches allow me to help you shift limiting beliefs, rewire old thought patterns, and align with a more empowered, fulfilling version of yourself.
At the core of my approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which explores how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected. I integrate tools from Schema Therapy, which examines early emotional wounds and the deeply rooted beliefs they form, and Behavioral Activation, which helps reintroduce purpose-driven action to break cycles of disconnection or low mood.
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) further support patients in observing mental patterns without judgment and aligning their actions with deeper values—even in the face of discomfort.
I also draw from Positive Psychology, which emphasizes growth, meaning, and the innate human drive to thrive—not just survive.
In every session, my intention is to offer a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported—as we explore what’s been holding you back and work toward a life that feels authentic, empowered, and emotionally alive.
